> Q: What is the Cancellation Policy?

A: If you cancel a child’s place within 35 days of the start of the course, the school reserves the right to retain the amount paid. Once the course has begun, the school retains full payment. This also applies to early or voluntary departure, late arrival, dismissal, or prolonged absence unrelated to the pandemic situation. Bank fees will be deducated from any refunds.

> Q: How Many Hours Do Students Study Each Week?

A: The students study eighteen hours per week from 09:00 to 12:15.

> Q: Do Students Have to Speak English or French?

A: We welcome children at all levels but the youngest students MUST have some English.

> Q: Is There an Entrance Test?

A: The students are assessed when they arrive in order to place them in the correct class.

> Q: What Do Students Do in the Afternoons?

A: Each day, the students take part in indoor and outdoor sports activities, cultural visits, expeditions, artistic and sports' clubs, excursions and crafts.

> Q: How Many Students Per Class?

A: The class sizes are between eight and fifteen students.

> Q: Which Countries Do Students Come From?

A: The main body of students are from surrounding European countries although we welcome campers from more than 30 countries worldwide. To keep our camp international, we also respect 10% - 15% nationality quota, and limitate number of the same speaking language.

> Q: How Much Pocket Money is Allowed?

A: We recommended between CHF 30.- and CHF 50.- per week, depending on the age of the child. The children have supervised shopping times. Children aged over 12 may go shopping unsupervised with prior, written parental permission.

> Q: When Can I Speak to My Child?

A: You can phone or Skype with your child on Wednesdays from 13:30 to 15:00 (Swiss time) and Sundays from 09:30 to 11:00. Australian and Japanese students may receive calls between 13:00 and 13:30 on these days.

> Q: Do You Meet Students at the Airport?

A: We meet the children travelling by UM (Unaccompanied Minor) or with parents on official dates between 10:00 and 16:00. Transport is only for the students.

> Q: Is there a School Uniform?
